🔁 Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
It’s unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
Our branding/seal/sticker is still attached
You notify us before sending it back
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not liable for items lost in return transit.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

⚖️ Your Rights
In the rare event your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
In these cases, we’ll also cover the return shipping cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
